Home care to support independence for older people in Worthing, West Sussex
Comfort Keepers® provides more than just care in order for your elderly loved ones to remain independent in their own home. Through our Interactive Caregiving ApproachTM we offer care plans which are unique to the needs of each of our clients. In this way our care services are adapted to varying levels of independence and include, among others, grooming, bathing, medication reminders, and food preparation. We pay special attention to psychological and emotional needs by truly getting to know each individual client, working closely together and taking the time to find out all about a person’s likes and dislikes.
The Comfort Keepers® story began over 15 years ago when Kris Clum, a nurse in home healthcare, discovered that her patients often needed help with a few things around the home. Simple gestures such as bringing a pint of milk or spending some time chatting with the patient brought so much happiness to her client’s day. Kris and her husband knew they could help many others and started Comfort Keepers® in 1997.
We have earned a reputation for being a leading provider of home care and support for adults and older people. The reason is our founding principle:
“We invest in our Care Workers, our Comfort Keepers®, recruiting only those who have a genuine desire to help others, who are a proud part of our family, and yours.”
